argh :| now i have a problem ... i sent an email on jan 1 to dell csd to cancel my order b/c it was going to be delayed, and i got a response saying that the msg has been forwarded and it would be canceled. three days later, no response, so i called dell customercare, waited on hold for 30min, and finally told them to cancel my order. five days later, still not canceled, so i sent another email to csd to cancel it. once again, nothing. i just checked today dell order status, and guess what, its been shipped, i got my two tracking numbers. now my dad is angry because we will have two sets of speakers, my klipsch promedia 2.1 and the z560. what should i do? wuts dell's return procedure?
