Ever feel embarrassed renting movies meant for kids or even just a bad movie?

I know lots of people here watch movies aimed at a younger audience than they are. Be it cartoons, anime, harry potter or whatever. Saw the Doomsday Superman animated film a wile back, really quite good! Maybe it's just a really really bad movie or a real chick flick (if your a guy) but your curious to watch it, say it's Gili. Are you ever embarrassed to rent them? Yes I know lots of people use netflix instead, you don't count.

Not sure that really counts though. That's sort of the purpose of those films. It's not the type of film many would have a strong reason to be very embarrassed to rent really.

My girlfriend just had me rent Enchanted. The guy at the counter guessed the situation correctly and laughed at me. I actually enjoyed it though...

I wasn't really embarrassed. I could care less what the people in that store think about me.

I'd be pretty embarrassed over some of the movies I've gotten, though. sometimes just kids movies that I wanted to watch again, sometimes really cheesy gay movies.

That's not a smart thing for the clerk to have done unless you hinted at the fast that you rented it for your girlfriend. None of his buisness why you rented it. I don't think I would have said anything like that if I worked there, and I work retail now. Then again sometimes you can read customers and know they can take a joke like this.

plus enchanted was a good film. since when did disney or pixar films become something to be embarrassed about?
