These cases I are manufactured by colorcases.com (sorry don't know how to do links yet). Check there site for even more cases and they have good power supplies. I used one of these cases (IMT-4000) to build my brothers system. Front USB is cool and the case is large enough to suit most needs. Cooling is adequate in the model I got, as long as you add the fans (comes with one 80mm). Price is a little more than the site you have, but I bet the power supplies are better. On the down side its not the sturdiest case around, but how much do you toss your computer around anyway. No tools to get in the case, but you have to slide the front cover off. NO side panel access .
If looks and front USB aren't critical I personally would go with Antec 830. Use pricewatch.com (look under 8 bay cases I think) to find best price. Probably lower than what you were gonna pay anyway and with better psu.
