I am not sure about the rules for felons voting. I'll try to get more edumicated and respond later. The question is where. Every state has their own rules and the shithole states seem to be the harshest. I grew up in Texas and this is one of those places.She was released from prison and was led to believe she eligible to vote so she filled out a provisional ballot. Turns out she was not supposed to vote. There was no intent to violate the law but Texas threw the book at her anyway
