Everyone should play Catherine (PS3/360)

Catherine is just one of those games that everyone should play at some point. Really an amazing game. Great writing/story and likable characters. The damned block puzzles can be frustrating as hell but they are a fun challenge...plus you can always go to youtube if you get stuck

Now I want to know every game this team has made or will make in the future.

Put it on your gaming bucket list, folks!

I quit after a few hours. After the third timed dungeon I just had it. Why am I climbing up a crumbling tower while King Kong is trying to kill me? Just repetitive and not fun.

Loads of fun. Had a great time with that game.

Playing on hard is so damn frustrating. Its one of the very few games that made me rage quit. I had to look up one damn puzzle on yourtube because I couldn't get my head around it, but the rest I got just fine. The different blocks they kept adding in made the game real fun.

Its a interesting game, harkens back to the old school platformer days, which probably wont resonate too well with the COD generation.

Well if you give up after a few stages you didn't really experience the game at all. When the going gets tough, gotta keep going! First few stages can be rocky since no one knows any techniques or anything to climb. As you play you get a better idea of how to climb and it becomes very doable. Not easy but doable

There's a few of the later stages you'll probably just be like "fuck this" and youtube it though. I know I did. Then you gotta watch all the 8 different endings on youtube, since you won't want to play it again after you finally finish it - The endings are mostly pretty great.

Crap, there are 8 endings? I only just got the "cheater" ending a few days ago. Haven't succumbed to looking up solutions on YouTube yet, but I play on normal, plus I have the issue they're talking about in the other thread, where I don't play games for months on end and then play like crazy for a week.

I agree, though, it's a great game. That "cheater" ending was hilarious.

The forever alone ending was awesome. Shows you what man can do without females.

I never got all the endings (did 2 or 3) but the game was very fun.
