....oh well...that's a gray area there. The high is certainly the important factor, but just as different strains produce different highs, they also are noted for different flavors. Blueberry, gum to name a few.

That is complete nonsense. I had more than my share of pot in HS and for a few years afterwards. I've never seen anyone smoke pot and not get stoned. When drinking alcohol, there is a big range between completely sober and completely hammered. When smoking pot, you pretty much go from not being stoned to being stoned. There is no gradual progression. Nobody gets just a slight buzz when they are smoking pot.

You can't grow pot to sell it. You can't even grow large amounts of it in CA. So still not everything about it is legal.
