1. I am a powerlifter, I am not a bodybuilder, I try to lift the maxmimum amount of weight possible. I NEED to eat a lot. I probably have more muscle in my one leg than your body. My weight also helps me squat 700+, wide base, more weight. I can easily gain or lose weight because I have my diet down to a science.
2. Nowhere have I told people to follow what I do, beleive it or not but I know what people want to do for any goals, be it bbing, pling, or fitness. That includes running also. I am also a rep for Gaspari Nutrition, so I know more about body building and every single fricken steroid PH supplement you name it for the most part, and know the science behind them. I know exercises, how to get the best form, how to maximize your goals. If you want to discuss what your advice to someone would be, go ahead, but I actually know what I am talking about.
