evga 650i ultra

I think someone suggested a nice heatsink in one of the threads for the MCP on the 650i ultra board. I forgot which one it was...I think its was a zalman heatsink...
Anyone have any suggestions. It has to be small enough to put a video card over it.

Do you mean the south bridge? (SPP = NB / MCP = SB)

If you're able to fit it, there is nothing better than Thermalright HR-05 / HR-05-SLI from my opinion.
If your add-in cards prevent you from employing those high-rise HSFs, try this.

It's the chipset fan that was recommended by DFI with their NF4 LanParty series boards. I use it on my SB and I've never seen any NF chipset that it doesn't fit as yet, and it performs great. Alternatively you can buy the one with EVGA logo on it.
