Hey guys, I had one backordered, got the notification in email 2days ago and I got it today. I culdn't believe it. Invoice has order date on it, should be fine for the rebate. I've got it in O/C'ed to 675/828 no artifacts in 3dmark, no errors w/ atitool.temps max out at about 68. Is that too high, or ok??

Picked one up yesterday at frys, great deal. They wouldn't let me PM to a Microcenter flier though, which would have made it like 80 dollars AR. Microcenter's current price is 199 now anyways, so I did it just for a try.
Also, the EVGA forums say that if you cut out the UPC you're still eligible for the Step up without the 15% fee for packaging "damage".

Also, the EVGA forums say that if you cut out the UPC you're still eligible for the Step up without the 15% fee for packaging "damage".

Ive called my Frys B&M and they said they would price match - but the only eVGA cards I can find are EVGA 256-P2-N624-AR, not -FX.

If they take the -AR from Newegg ($155) I will only have to pay about $70 after the rebate - but it's a long drive to just get rejected! I guess I could still buy the card at $120AR anyways - still a good deal.

Has anyone found any -FX cards online cheaper than $199 though incase they wont PM Neweggs? Ive tried pricematch and pricegrabber to no avail - everyone seems to only stock the -AR.

I mailed it via Certified Mail so it wouldn't get lost

Do you have a link to te no damage if you cut the upc? do i cut just the Barcode or the hole white sticker thats on the box?

Cut the sticker on the box, the one that's identical to the one on the card. Search the EVGA forums for the no damage post.

As for my rebate, it finally shows status on their tracking site, after a full 2 weeks.
