Update, I received a telephone call from Joe about 15 minutes ago. He informed me that he is still working on the resolution and should have something final today. In the meantime he has reversed the charges made to my credit card. he also told me that he had sent me an e-mail on Monday informing me of this, however, I either missed the e-mail or didnt get it. Anyway, I am glad to see Joe is on top of it and really wants to get this resolved in a way that we both can be happy. Thanks Joe
