EVGA GTX 980 Ti Hybrid - Clocks?

I just purchased the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Hybrid... the specs on newegg.com say GPU Clock Core: 1140MHz/ Boost: 1228MHz, but I just got 1367MHz in BF4 according to EVGA PrecisionX 16 v5.3.11.

Not sure I understand MemClock, because newegg says Effective Memory Clock 7010MHz, but the Precision software says MemClock: 3506MHz.

I assume my card is working fine?

Temp never got over 52C and FPS bounced between low 60's and low 100's.

Thanks in advance for the feedback. Just wanting to make sure my new card is performing as it is supposed to.

NVIDIA GPUs automatically and dynamically determine real clock speed based on a predetermined temperature target. It is typical for reported clock speed to be about 100MHz higher than spec sheet boost clock. See GPU boost 2.0 (GeForce.com).

Memory speed is also fine. Different tools report memory speed differently, in this case your 3506Mhz is dual data rate speed, 7010Mhz is effective memory speed. See GPU Tools and GPU Memory Clock: Real and Effective Speeds Demystified (Geeks3D.com).

Anecdote on the hybrid performance:

I have a stock Asus with an EVGA kit (hybrid was OOS forever ). Hybrid boards are supposed to have more testing performed on them IIRC but alas I could never get my hands on one.

I get a boost of 1420mhz or so max with a voltage bump. Anything higher and I get driver crashes. I think I can overclock the memory by about 250mhz IIRC. Might pop off the cover one day and reapply the thermal paste to see if I can get any higher.

Temps are very good but they can reach 68-70 deg C when running 3dmark with max settings for more than 15 minutes (running games is not as stressful on it) but no crashes. That sounds like a joke when comparing the 80-90 deg C you can push with stock but the heat is still there and there are limits to how fast you can pull the it off of the die with that [rather small] rad. I got the best fans I could find for it and the rad is always boiling hot to the touch when under full load. Even though you can't hear it [which is awesome btw], it's practically a baseboard heater back there when at full bore. =)

Both the hybrid and the add-on are an impressive piece of kit - simple, silent, and very effective.
