That it may be, but considering that Amazon my be cheaper but charges tax which makes it more then this, and the newegg deal has you go through a rebate to get it at this price, whereas this one doesnt require a rebate at all, and there isnt any others cheaper then this, it is sadly, at msrp, a deal...

I have never been charged tax from Amazon. It depends if you live in the same state as the warehouse. Luckily where I live I am not taxed from NewEgg or Amazon.

There is a Zotac for $306 on Newegg, no tax, no rebate and free shipping for me and still doesn't seem like a "hot" deal to me as it's not even 10% cheaper then the price of stock cooler cards.
