EVGA ok for nV 7800GTX

I have heard good things about EVGA and there trade up program and warranty. Ok to go with them. I was also considering Leadtek.

My recent experience with eVGA......

To RMA my eVGA 6800nu, went to their website, registered, entered data in online RMA form, received RMA approval via e-mail in about an hour. Shipped card next day, they shipped new card same day received. Total time start to finish...1 week:Q

To say their customer service is excellent, is an understatement. :thumbsup:

So I have a evga 6800 ultra LE i purchased it over 90 days ago but i have not registered it. Would they require my original receipt from my purchase saying that it was within the 90 day period or would it start once i activated my warranty for the step up. Also i heard that adding another 25 dollar with this card would buy me one of their gt's althought i would probably want to go ultra due to the fact i only have agp and need the best of it. Can someone tell me is a receipt/original box would be needed at all?

I have origianl box and all contents but box isnt in very good shape.....However they are not going to resell this product in the future anyways. I purchased it from ebay tho i know that makes it not qualify but how would they know? I have all the original packaging and everything that came with it.

:thumbsup::thumbsup: For eVGA. I got my 7800GT in perfect condition. Put it in, everything worked like a charm. Out-of-box overclocking, driver updates. All smooth as silk. Not to mention gaming. 1280x1024 full settings full TSAA full AF, and still running above 60fps in any game.

Nothing but praise with LeadTek... you wont need to worry about customer service because it simply wont be needed.
