But if its not authorized dealers, then its 3rd party sellers, which they strictly told me is not covered by warranty since it was Ebay, FYI the card was brand new when i got it off ebay, wasnt a used one, it was a reseller who bought many of the cards to grab the game that came with it, which was Dark Messiah might and magic.
Some of the crap they have told me in the emails is ludacris. When registering products they even have selections for places you purchased the card from that is NOT authorized dealers, Ebay is one of those selections.
But apparently Authorized sellers = WARRANTY, they keep telling me things about shipment of the card (where it was originally shipped to) was different, or they tell me purchase date does not match what they show, its bunch of BS, the card was not registered, they even changed the purchase date on the my products tab to 1/1/2009, since its their doings, they still places the card with a 1 year warranty as required by law, and it was difficult getting them to approve an RMA after that point.
They like to try to pull your leg.
