Excel Graph Help

Here is my graph.

See how the X Axis is on the $0.00 line?
How can I make it at the bottom of the graph, like a normal line graph?

I have tried for a few days now and have given up.

Right click on the Y scale and format the scale. You'll want adjust the option "Category (X) axis crosses at:", set the value to a number smaller then -1400 (say -1500). You can also choose the "Category (X) axis crosses at the maximum value" option at the bottom of the list. This option will put the X axis at the top though.

Double click on your Y Axis. Under the Scale tab, find the option for "Category (X) axis crosses at:" and make sure that it is checked, and put the lowest value of your graph in here.

Another recommendation, which is better than physically moving the axis itself (which makes it difficult to see where the positive/negative transition happens) is to just move the location of the labels on the x-axis. The way to do that is to double click on the axis, choose the "pattern" tab, and select "low" under "tick mark labels". This moves the labels down to the bottom of the graph, but leaves the axis where it belongs.
