Exchange 2000 question

Hi gang, be gentle. I'm not too experienced with Exchange. The company i'm working for has an exchange server running win2ksrv and we use outlook 2000 with it. Within outlook we can view public folders but for some strange reason any new users i create are not able to get into one of them. I've tried adding the new users to the folder's 'client permissions' but everytime i click apply or OK it gives me a strange error:

"Invalid Window Handle: ID no. 80040102 Exchange System Manager"

Has anyone ever seen this before?? Is there a website where i can look up this error code? thanks in advance!

That KB article should help out. Out of all my experience with E2k I've never really got into Public Folders since my organization only consists of about 35 users/employees. So I couldn't really help you with that
