I read somewhere, you can chain "hi galaxy" and then the command to launch Google and then "Ok Google". Phone isn't mine so i can't test but it should work.

Did anyone notice in the settings for S Voice there's an option to wake up the device from sleep by saying "Hi Galaxy"? I tried it and it works pretty good, but I'd be more interested in getting to Google Now, not S Voice.

No, I work for AT&T so I get most of them for free.
I have the VZW version from work. I never had the N2 so I dont know if they changes anything. I can say that its locked as I can only get my tmobile sim working on it for cell calls only, not data, even tho there is a gsm mode. I do find that considering this is later than my tmo S4 the settings menu went back to old froyo/HC mode. In other words, all setting are on one long page. I liked how samsung went with several tabs in its settings and seperated them by type.

Manually add the apn info for data.
You can switch between tabbed & list view in settings

No downside, except it is not lte. Not illegal either.
effing sweet! Tmos H+ is just as fast if not occasionaly faster than LTE in NY. I am gonna move all my TMO S4 data to the VZW note and just keep using my jobs iphone 5 as usual. Either sell my S4 or give it to my son! This is just great!
PS...Will MMS and SMS still work as it should or should I populate those APN settings as well?

bought one today...that profile shot looks super slim...
actually, now that i looked closer it might not be the note3 in the profile...maybe its an S4 profile because it doesn't have the grooves by the power button....
Got my S-view case today and it's similar to the back of the Note 3 and overall a much better feeling case than the Note 2 flip cover. Having the phone turn on when you open the cover is surprisingly convenient.

There are actually two one-hand modes: one scales the whole screen and the other the keyboard.The screen is beautiful, but the phone is fucking HUGE. With my small asian hands, there is no fucking way I am one handing that thing.

Any issues I previously had with lag on android are now gone. The thing is blazingly fast. Stylus was super accurate and I was able to write all the notes I wanted. The side button to activate the stylus menu was not as easy to use as I would have hoped.
The screen is beautiful, but the phone is fucking HUGE. With my small asian hands, there is no fucking way I am one handing that thing. Ex) load anandtech forums, 1handedly trying to hit the "User CP" button w/o zooming 5x is an exercise in futility.
So it's a fantastic phone, but definitely borders on too large (for me).

Did you Note 3 users get that google play update? Pissed me off for an hour because i couldnt find "My Apps".
Can you give more info? I don't recall any unusual update in the last couple days - clicking the Menu button while in Google Play still has the My Apps option. Don't know if it ever appeared anywhere else (AT&T N3).
