I'm sure there are many techies who spend many hours on their pc/laptop at the desk or couch. What are some exercises or stretches you can do while on the PC.
The prone Y's, upper back foam rolling, and chest compression w/ balls are all the ones I definitely do from here. The chest compression/ball thing - when your chest muscles get tight, they pull your shoulders in and help cause poor posture. The ball helps loosen up tight muscles and increase ROM in your chest.
