You're not wrong. If it doesn't say that the free cd case comes with it at the bottom of the individual batteries page then it does not.

From the wording you have to purchase select packages of Duracell Ultra batteries to get the free CD case. Call me skeptical.

Yeah, I didn't see any individual batteries (under $3.99) that came with this free CD case. It sounded like most of the people bought one .79 battery, but won't be getting a CD case.......so, I wanted to make sure they know.

I did this deal earlier today. There were batteries listed for this deal under $1, but I'm guessing based on previous posts that those were removed, then the entire deal was canned. I finally got in on one early!
