Publix had a big pad of forms by the Pepsi display. Form required. AL, GA, FL, SC,TN.Limit 1 per name, address or household.

Buy any 3 12-pks of 12oz cans of diet Pepsi products (all of the following DIET PEPSI products ONLY - Pepsi, Caffeine free, Max, Pepsi One, Wild Cherry, Vanilla, Lime, Jazz strawberries and cream, black cherry french vanilla, caramel cream, mountain dew, code red, sierra mist free, mug root beer, mug cream soda) between 8/29 and 9/05. Send cash register receipts and upcs and form postmarked by 9/13.

My Publix currently has Pepsi 12-pks 4 for $10, so spend $7.50 for 3, get $10 back.

Note: this deal is about buying diet Pepsi and getting a GC by mail. It is NOT about the health aspects of carbonated beverages.

Went to a local Publix in Clearwater, FL yesterday but found no forms, coupons or mention of the deal. Stock person and manager know nothing about it. Maybe it's local to certain areas. Great deal if you can find it in your area.

The form does say it's good in TN, so, if you can find one, you should be okay. I posted the form here. Not great, but maybe they can find it if you show them this one. Good luck!

Hey, thanks for posting the form. I showed it to the Publix CS girl who said "oh yeah, the Pepsi guy didn't leave us any". Too much of a drive to visit another store, so I'll use yours & see what happens (even though it says "original" form). Thanks again.

Pepsi seems to be slow with their rebates. I got a Pepsi rebate last week on a deal that dated back to early August.

I did actually call the 800 number the same day of my last post on this thread and they say I am in the processing stage and may take 3 weeks. Strangely enough, on Friday I got the gift card for $10 at Publix. Thanks OP! Was worth the crappy Jazz soda and Brisk Iced Tea 2 months ago. I think I drank more soda over those 2 months than I have in the past 2 years.
