Explain hot nannies

We had a nanny for my now 5-year old. He had some medical issues that prevented him from going to regular daycare for a while. Our nanny was pretty affordable too. So even after it was ok to go back to daycare, my wife decided to just keep the nanny on as it wasn't THAT much more expensive, plus she'd do some light housework while she was at home too.
And yeah, she was taking a break from college and just looking for some extra income without having to resort to retail.

I'd be willing to bet a young girl without experience is far cheaper than an older woman with experience. In general, a young girl who takes care of her self is far more likely to have attractive features than that older woman who has aged with time. Smooth skin, firm body, etc.

That's not to say that all young girls are more attractive than older women, but you get the idea.

It's the opposite of what you might think. They are hiring a nanny to save money, not because they are rich. In the inner-city of high property value areas, daycare costs are pure insanity.

Why pay $3000/month and go to the trouble of dragging your kid to and from daycare each day when you can pay less and have someone help out in your own home?

that's my experience. nanny's aren't unusual in middle class households, especially with single parents working long hours in one busy job or long hours in 2 shitty jobs. A live-at-home nanny from the Phillipines or SA is relatively affordable in many situations.

my "nanny" is my mother in law and it owns. she comes to our house after i leave for work (while my wife is still there) and then i get home around 3:30 or 4pm and she heads home. sometimes i'll come home and dinner will be cooked for us. got home yesterday and 2 of our 3 bathrooms were cleaned by her. she vacuums almost daily and generally picks up if it needs being done. it's awesome!

That's just silly. You seem to think everyone's body, metabolism, etc. is the same. Some women's body chemistry changes and their post delivery weight is lower without doing anything. Some other women this isn't the case. To call it myth is ignoring these facts. Now this isn't to say some pregnant women don't use their situation as an excuse to eat a lot.

yah we pay her though so it's not just a freebie. she is out of work for disability so this is all just extra income to her, and otherwise she's be sitting at home doing nothing. it's oh so extremely convenient.

although in may she's going on vacation for 2 weeks and we are going to have an odd schedule at work, where i'll leave around noon for 2 weeks and my wife will go in at 2pm and leave at 7.

Friend of mine had an "au pare" from Brazil staying with them for a few years. He and his wife had 3 young kids at the time. Less expensive for them to host a live in Au Pare who watched the kids during the day on weekdays then to take them to day care. After their 4th child, the wife quit her job and stayed home full time.

Anyhow, the au pare worked out well for them when she was around, but the kids got really attached. Friend moved down south, where the cost of living is much less, and he's able to support them all on his single income.

That's another debate, but my point is that a lot of women are chunky, sore, and not very tapable right after giving birth (nevermind the time you're not allowed to have sex at all). And there's a young, idealistic girl around the house with perky tits and, well..

This forum is filled with mostly men. I tried really hard to think like a woman - I think I'm going to have to go out and drive my tractor, run my chainsaw, and build something with my tools to try to even out my day. But, here's what I came up with:

The wife hires the really hot nanny. The wife realizes the nanny is really hot, and that the nanny can get any man she wants. Since she's so hot, why would the nanny settle for the wife's husband. It's the average looking nannies that might be more susceptible to being seduced by their husbands. The hot nannies are used to turning down the advances of guys.
