But if you were going for the "You actually watch that?" joke, I refer you to its #1 comedy rating, high syndication numbers, and recent 3 year extension.

Yeah it's just a bunch of fart and sex jokes with hot women sprinkled in, but it works and Sheen is simply the man.

Really? You're upset about The Unit being cancelled? I watched a couple episodes and hated it, tried to get into it, but couldn't. They went for more of an Arnold 80's approach of "awesomeness" and "leetness" versus realism. I watched one episode where they were escorting a guy out of an airport and were trying to be "tactical".. yet what happens.. they get shot in the back? GG.

Anyway, if you like that show, watch Dallas SWAT, its real, they use good tactics and don't have all the stupid drama that seems to be needed nowadays to keep Americans interested.

It was ok, didn't really like the family scenes. Couldn't really get into it. Only shows I really gave a shit about were CSI Vegas, NCIS, Medium, Bones and TSCC, and they're all back except the latter (assholes).

Don't know how Chrissy survived the drive-by. Not sure if I'll watch it yet, the setting is kinda meh, and it lacks the "family" feeling of NCIS. Then again, I absolutely hated the JAG crossover and boycotted it until it went into syndication. We'll see how it goes.

C'mon, do0d, why the elitist hate? The Unit was nearly as good as The A-Team, just not as original or well acted or realistic.

The writing on that show has been going downhill since season 2 and took a steep drop after the writers strike when Eric Haney stopped being a consultant.I regret that actors I like will be out of a job but frankly I won't miss the show as it is now.

This sucks. I love the Unit. Sure the scene with the wives were sometimes too drawn out and took away from the show but for the most part, that was one hell of an action packed, adrenaline rush show that I know a ton of people liked. It was one of my favorite shows.

One of the few unique story lines and a show that portrayed unwavering Love of your Country and a Do or Die attitude which is just what we need around here.

I guess we can hold out hope that a cable channel will pick it up but damn, this really sucks.

Definitely go hit up the Torrent sites and download the first couple seasons and watch them. I hope USA or TNT or something picks up the reruns so I can keep watching.
