After finding out they had the winning ticket the woman duct-taped it to the inside of her purse but it somehow got loose and was lost the next day in church, someone found it and returned it to them, the husband had signed it and put his address on the ticket as well. I'm thinking that the person who found it (who didn't return it to them for months) was thinking about how she could cash it in but she probably figured it was impossible with his name and address already on it, I hope they give her a huge tip for returning it and what a couple of morons, ever heard of a safe deposit box at a bank??.

I also wonder why it took her months to return it as she probably found it the same day it was lost, smart money's on she was trying to figure out a way of cashing it then gave up since the original purchaser had given lotto official the time and place of purchase and had signed it.

I'd probably return it. (edit: as in giving it back to the lottery company) Even if it was unmarked it'd still be pretty obvious. All the lottery guys have to do is ask when/where you bought the ticket and you'd have no answer for it.

Though I assume you'd get the prize if no one else claims the ticket within a certain amount of time.

what part of war is "lawful"??? I like how pro-palestinians like to say this is a genocide yet I've never heard of a country giving people 24 hours to evacuate an area before a bombing.
