We are still solidly in 25th place and not gaining on anyone. Behind us, the "LITTLEWHITEDOG" team in 32nd place has slipped off the pace to 43,000ppd so we don't have anyone gaining on us either

GLeeM contacted me yesterday and said that natethegreat is extra busy with family and work these days, so I'm volunteering to take over the daily stats post for the time being. I'll try to get them up each day around noon during my lunch hour at work.

Milestones are as follows: 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, from 10,000 to 100,000 will be every 10k, and every 20K after 100,000. After 200,000 milestones will be given at 50k intervals

I've got my wedding this Friday, so I won't be around much after today. Hope my stats don't suffer too much, although I have noticed a considerable decline while my main rig is off. Looks like I'll have it back online next week, but it will be off for the 10 days I'm on my honeymoon.

I am going to be gone for a few days, be back on Friday. I'll drive 75 miles to go canoe camping/fishing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, BWCAW (the B-Dub) with my sons - 17 & 14. We are going to try to make 15 miles with 6 portages tomorrow.

Quiet, except for the loons sounding and timber wolfs howling, (can't forget the moose and bald eagles) no motors or anything mechanical allowed. No cans, no glass and tie the food pack up HIGH between two trees, black bears :shocked:

Quality time spent with two wonderful sons: priceless! :heart:

That sounds like a really nice trip, GLeeM. I lived in Wisconsin for over a dozen years but never made it up to the boundary waters. Everyone I know who has been there describes it as a slice of heaven on earth.
