I think what bigempty was trying to say was that if you use a coupon, then try to PM, they will only give you the difference from the discounted price:

Example: $100 - $20 coupon = $80. OM has it for $60, so they only give back $20 ($80-$60) which is the same thing if you PMed from original $100 -> $60.

But if you use coupon and then PM, there is a chance that they will give you back the difference from the original price of a $100.

I did it, but couldn't use the $15 off coupon (coupons must be used before pricematch...makes sense. Ended up paying a little less than $20 for the router after rebate....still HOT HOT HOT!!!

Ok, heads up, just did the PM with OM and they applied the PM before the coupon (I used 15$ one to be sure). The key was to call for PM AFTER delivery, cause only after delivery they charge your card and before they cant refund you, since there was no charge yet. I also suspect that they can no longer see the coupon after the charge was made, something to do with accounting issue, coupon is probably going into the marketing expense, and the whole price is being credited to their bottom line. So there you go, call for PM after delivery and your chances are good.

shoot, i just walked in and asked for the bestbuy pricematch. then presented them with a coupon for $25 off $75 that they had mailed to me the week before. paid about 56 out the door. now I have to file the two rebates for 20 each bringing my cost to about $16.

Crap, they were sold out when BB was running the ad and of course now they're back in stock.

Cheapest I can get it is with $20 off $75 through ebates: $78.67 - $20 MIR - $20 MIR = $38.67 + tax (on 78.67 obviously)
