Dunno, if I would call it stealing... But it is dishonest esp if you keep the cash and the shoes. I guess you just have to decide for yourself since you will have to live with your actions. I believe in karma. What comes around goes around. So, if you scam you will be scamed later...

When companies make mistakes like *not delivering your product for 16 days* then they should compensate you for more than shipping. What if you bought work boots from them and the work boots show up 1 week late... but you needed them when they were advertised to arrive???
Hey I just asked for the shipping back. Besides I emailed them already and told them I got the shoes.....
