it was orginally called seven hearts...but i have no idea why they changed the name to rush on seven episodes...

this is more of a kiddie type game. Published by Gravity, same company that brought out Ragnarok Online ie RO.

It may not be a MMORPG in the strictest sense, but check out Guild Wars. It is like a cross between a Diablo style hack n' slash, team based FPS and a traditional MMORPG. No monthly fee, great graphics and a good time (I have played in the last 2 beta events). I think its going to be big for people who want an MMORPG without the grind and required timesink to be competitive. The price helps too of course

ill pick ROSe over gunbound anyday. But yeah, i think its a beta, and they would probably charge later in the future. I heard they will charge less than a lot of people which is pretty enticing. Oh well, for all you people who doesnt like kiddy games, too bad.

I sorta like it. I just quit WoW, at least temporarily, and this is a decent substitute. The text, for some reason, is VERY tiny for me. The only other major difficulties in transition between MMORPG's are understanding the lingo (needed to research a bit about it), no interface customization (ugh!), and learning to be patient and very stingy in sifting through the flood of vendors in cities, like Zant. Only reason to buy from them is for + stats (selling loot and buying regular items are 99.9% cheaper at NPC vendor)

I bet it'll stay in beta phase for at least a year if I know Gravity (from my RO experience). If that's so, the fee when it's officially released will be miniscule (<$2/month??) due to it's outdated graphics and limited features (it doesn't even have emoticons like RO!!).There are plenty of small bugs for them to beat at with a stick; for instance, monsters have a very short pursuit range if u want to run away. Sometimes when this happens, or some other anomaly, they'll never attack you again, so your free to let me have it for as long as u want.

I heard the highest level character right now is lvl 137, the max being 300! but they haven't even implemented the 6 other planets. I've been playing for 3 or 4 days and I'm not sure if there's a unique method to leveling than WoW b/c I'm lvl 24 Hawker, but it takes me ~2 hours of grinding to level (quests only give items and zuly[money]).

i'm a first time player of these mmorpg games (strictly FPS guy here), and the ROSE online game seems pretty neat I played last night. maybe it's just me and the fact i'm a first timer to this genre, but it did take me awhile to understand the whole interface and everything. but once that was all down pat, it's a spiffy little game, and you can't be free. especially with those graphics.

Yep, Rose is a pretty good game. Been playing the last two weeks, and I'm addicted.

I played it the other night. It's actually pretty cute with nice grafx, but I'm paying $12.99 a month for WoW, so I better spend time on that right now
