well thats good. codemasters are definitely capable of sims, so it will be interesting to see what they make of it. from the videos ive seen, it looks like it should be the best f1 sim period without question... all the suspension parts are modeled seperately, and they physically react against forces just as real life... so its not like wheels bumping up and down, its all dependent on all the various world interactions. you can see it in the vids too, the wheel hops and stuff look extremely realistic.
also the sound is actual real-life recordings from each f1 car. so each motor will have different sounds, but they all sound exactly like the real thing because it is the real sound. and the surrounding buildings you drive by all have predetermined acoustical values so what you hear bouncing off the walls is a real-time representation of what those specific buildings sound like when you drive by them.
should make for a lot of fun. a force feedback wheel might be on order for this game....
