Face Analyzers

With all the recent stuff on tv about human faces and golden rations and computers that can digitally recognize faces, why hasn't someone made a computer program that will analyze your face and say if you're beautiful/fugly according to how closely your face matches the golden ratio. It'd be a pretty cool thing, and not a bad idea for a hotornot.com clone

I think scores on hotornot have more to do with how much cleavage is shown rather than how much they conform to the golden ratio

okay, but getting called "ugly" by a computer program would be less "hurtful" then being called ugly by a person. Like I said, this would just be a cool idea.. see how close your face matches or whatever. I mean they must have devices for this already.. but it'd be cool if there was something that you could download and run on pictures or something like that.. just for fun.

Sorry, but such a thing already exists but in a slightly different form. I forgot the exact name of it but basically its a system to tell a persons personality, probity, etc, based on their facial features.

Er, i think it would be worst to be called ugly by a computer than a person. From a person, you know it's subjective, but from a computer... well, there's no arguing with it.

heh, yeah.. that's true. Okay, well why are we talking about uglyness anyways? These people likely wouldn't "test" their pictures anyways. Just like they wouldn't upload it to hotornot or something (well.. most people anyways). And if they do and it says their ugly, well that's that. The computer isn't saying it to be mean...

Something else I wanted to add:
If you go to this site: http://www.beautyanalysis.com/mba_beautyranges_page.htm

you only see "unattractive" and "very unattractive" on really ugly people. the "attractive" one seems to be closer to "normal"
so maybe a computer would give most people high ratings? who knows
