FaD CJD jobs

I have one on an XP2100 that is at 452,000 seconds and is 96% done... my home herd of a 2100, 1800, and 1700 have not sent any results back since early on the 24th running these jobs! Lotsa points! :thumbsup:

These are really fun...

Another big one for me. Currently at 666000 seconds (7 days 17 hours), 95.14% done, another day or so to complete. FaDSPY estimates around 27000 points. Maybe it will go higher?

These CJD jobs more and more remind me of the big WUs in F@H, although they won't bring you molecule milestones much further, they sure do boost you points!!

Something like the theory that the last 10% of the work takes up 90% of the time. Though sometimes it feels like 1% and 99% respectively.

Wow, I had to restart my machine after an install, and it changed my CPU rating to 240 for the CJD job I was working on. :Q

I don't think it's gonna last long. I have the same effect with my FaD. After a reboot, each of my logical HT CPUs gets a rating of 190 but after two hours or so they both drop to around 112.

Down to 208 now. (There was a gap of several hours between the time it happened and my post.) It still fluctuates both higher and lower as it changes jobs, though.

Just dumped the jobs. I will be curious to see how much they were worth. Isn't there some way to tell before the stats actually get posted, like a program that you can use to check individual jobs?

look at jobs.htm in the fad folder, it will list the points aswell.

EDIT: Damn, I was looking at the wrong column.

If you right click the Think icon in the task bar, choose Job info and in the small window that appears choose History it does the same thing . It also tells you what the current molecule set is, and the time in seconds the job has been running.
