Welcome to our newest member amd.borg, Pathogen, JetBlack69, sduguid, mmurdock, kmoney56, scoser! I must also mention that scoser brought along w/ him 2.1M points from XPC.

The TeAm is now in 11'th place and it looks like 10'th should be our in a short period of time also.

The following teams have moved up the ranking ladder since the last stats:

No problem, it would have been earlier but I am still partially recovering from my near hard drive loss a wweek or so ago and had some growing pains w/ reconfiguring some firewall settings...

FYI, I am still working on automating the stats further and ultimately proving them on the www...

What's up FaD guys! I've decided to give a different project some action here since I've moved into the top ten at D2OL . . . I have 46.4 Ghz to help stomp some ***!

Here's my systems list -

2 - Quad 2.8 Ghz HT Xeon Servers
2 - Dual 3 Ghz HT Xeon Servers
1 - 2.4 Ghz HT Xeon Server
2 - 2.4 Ghz Xeon Workstations
1 - 1.8 Ghz P4 Desktop
1 - A64 3000+

All those are going 24/7 with fairly minimal system CPU usage (3-4%) except for the A64, my home box, which is up most of the time. Hope I can bring in a few more points for the team!

I hope so! We'll see how well they perform in this project. It took me a little over 2 months to get to 7th place in D2OL so it'll be interesting to see how I can move up here. I just have to get used to the different stats and configuration on this one.

I like the easy server/client install of FaD and how simple it is to set up multiple clients on one machine. With D2OL you have to manually install, startup and shutdown each one (8 on one of the quad boxes). which is too much maintenance for me (especially when quite a few of em just randomly quit on a daily basis :| ) FaD looks like it's much easier to deal with ...anyhow, thanks for the welcome!!

I have to agree, the client install is brain dead and has never crashed on me and supported multi CPUs by default.

Wow, and he's already in 6th place? That's pretty good... I have a quick question for you Ross - when you click on your user name in the stat's area, is that showing all of the jobs you've completed the previous day or just some of em?

By default it only shows the last 6 hours but you can change that via Show drop down below the bold Jobs Completed title. The farthest you can go back is 7 days.

To go further back, you'll have to submit a request for a statsquery, but since it has to be done manually, don't do it that often. You can get to the statsquery request page from the contact FaD page.
