I see it move pretty clearly. Audio isn't in perfect sync though.

Regardless, considering where the shot placement was, I'd say the vest didn't fail at all. Otherwise that guy would've been dead pretty goddamn quickly.

kevlar deflects. depending on thickness/ammo type it can poke quite a bit in, just because you get jabbed with something dull doesn't mean its not going to do some blunt force trauma, break a rib or what not. but its better than having it go totally through you.
only ceramic plate armor keeps the bullet from going in at all.
