Fake fb account.. can they find me?

Hello friends.

So here's the story.. I'm into a basketball club and there's a lazy coach that always comes 30-40mins late, he always yells at us and comes in a bad mood. So I decided to post a complain in the fcbk page of the club asking for a coach replacement. I don’t use social media so I had to create a new profile but I didn’t think it was necesary to put my real name so it was a fake one… when I created that, I was asked to enter my phone number. I didn’t post the comment in the club page right away, I think I posted other comments in other places.. nothing to worry about though… then I removed my phone number and a few days later I posted the complain about the coach.. Now the man is really mad and is saying that he has friends into software systems etc.. etc.. and that he’s gonna find the fake user. I don’t really care because it was nothing offensive nor threathning, just a coment describing how terrible he is. But anyway I just want to know if there’s a chance to trace me because I had my phone number there a few days before posting it. I created the profile using tor.

Facebook certainly knows who you are. If you've done nothing illegal, an average person, or even one in "software systems" won't know.

It was an android phone and yes.. maybe it was a mistake to post that complain, although there is the 5 star rate thing for a reason. The other players don't care. I think I'm moving to other sport hahaha...

FB knows who you are (when it asked for your phone number I bet it was already filled in right? They had to get that somehow) but don't think there's a way for an average user to know.

Of course, they could just pay a company like Cambridge Analytica to get the information. Not sure how feasible that is monetary wise though.

No. Plus, who gives a shit? Grow some balls and tell the asshole off to his face or slink away (which he'll probably realize you were the one that made the comment then, not to mention if you told the other players they'll probably rat you out after you leave). If the guy were to be a total fucking dumbass and try and charge you with libel or defamation he'd likely get laughed out of court (if not by any lawyers themselves). So there's not anything to even be afraid of other than pissing off the guy, but so what? If he's that angry about it then you shouldn't even be around him in the first place, but maybe him having an epic meltdown over it will reveal him to be a piece of shit to whomever he has to answer to.

I know some people will make a second account for people they want to keep in touch with, but are wary of them knowing too much about their real life information. A couple of friends who play World of Warcraft do this. One of them tells me that Facebook will make friend suggestions related to real life friends, and other things to suggest that Facebook knows that both accounts, are the same person.
As to whether Facebook hides that from their friends, I don't know.
