True about the money, I don't know how much your standard online ordered hooker costs but obviously her income mostly matched his expenditures assuming they were on the same schedule.

That story is literally about 100 years old now. It's happened to a German guy and a Norwegian guy and one from Israel and another from West Virginia and if there is life on other planets in other galaxies no doubt they have a version of it too. Pure bullshit

How in the world is that scenario any less likely than the one in the OP? Far more likely, I'd venture. I'll bet it's happened in every one of those countries, and has probably been happening for thousands of years. (They don't all make the news, you can be sure.)

1) Maybe it has happened. But there's absolutely no evidence from anyone involved. In case this is your first day on the internet let me clue you into something: When a story begins with "apparently there was this dude..." or "I heard about a guy..." it's 100% fake. Real stories will be verified and better remembered. This one is unsupported by facts.

2) This particular story is from a 100 year old play titled "Six Characters in Search of an Author" by Luigi Pirandello. Unless you have written history of it happening to someone before Pirandello wrote about it you can bet that every single story of "I heard of a guy" or "apparently there was this dude..." would be able to trace a long history of guys telling tales all the way back to the first guy that heard it in the play.
