Kinda hard to be a spoiler when they aired it with the broadcast.

I doubt they were actually dead, probably something to be revealed next show.

Even if they are able to get an antiworm bomb again for her, think they may keep her in "protective lockup" for a bit given what she has done.

I kinda snapped at you because I never watch the previews.

That should probably be explained as being a spoiler. Maybe a poll?

Question I've either forgotten about or I missed when they said it.. When we first saw Karen being the big bad she was controlled by the skitters and then the large skinny alien (can't remember it's name) but now she seems to be in control of herself and is still the big bad. Is there an alien controlling her still, or did something happen that she's still evil? I honestly can't remember what they said, but I also know this show has some seriously lazy writing so I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't mention it.

The skitters take control of the humans to talk through them as it seemed with the taller aliens.

its kind of confusing because everyone is saying they want to kill Karen, not kill whatever is controlling her

Karen is cheaper for them to have as the main antagonist than having to animate the overlord. Same thing with the second (or third?) episode of the season where they had the mutated harnessed kids protecting the nuclear plant instead of skitters.

What I don't get is that they made a big deal about the overlord's huge mental capacity and how he had all of the info, plans, maps, etc in his head; therefore, taking him out would wipe out all of the invasion's eastern operations. Well, Karen probably does have increased mental capacity because of the harness (somehow Ben still manages to do stupid stuff), but how is she now running the show? Her human physiology (no matter how improved because of the harness) should limit her ability to do what the overlord was doing.

Oh yeah, it's cheaper so screw making sense...

Not sure what to make of the season finale. Obviously the bubble heads aren't as great as we obviously knew, but they don't seem as bad as I was expecting because they allowed the humans to go do what they wanted at the end still. But obviously there is more too them from the comments Karen made before Tom shooting her like a dumbass before trying to get more info first. And now Tom's alien kid is like David Copperfield lol

Feels like Goat Cheese "gets" the humans and genuinely seems to care about them but is stuck in a hard place atm.

They are better off than where they were before the bubble heads showed and working with them was the best decision even if to prolong being wiped out (assuming that grid was really going to kill everything on the planet in 3 months).

I think the bubble heads do in fact liberate planets but it seems like they are used the fact that in liberation they all tend to die off in the "settlement" camps, I thought that was kinda weird. It was messed up the way Karen was taken out like that while he was holding her hand, that's gonna cause a riff later down the road, if she is really dead which I don't think she is ( probably will be healed by the alien inside her ).

My pet theory is that Alexis is part-Volm and that's how she was able to remove the eye worms. I think they changed the fetus somehow when her mom was training with the Volm on how to operate the harness removing machine.

I have a feeling I know which direction the story is going in, and it kind of apes another Sci Fi show.

Here is my guess.

Commander, Goat Cheese's father, dies. Goat Cheese takes command. Eventually comes back together with Tom. They fight together.
