Well now! I'll have to check this out and see if it applies to us Canadians. I noticed the price on Steam has gone from $70 to $80C so I'm a little less than impressed, increasing my desire to hold out for the first sale, reviews, benchmarks, etc.
Then they released another promo video in the last couple days... making it hard to resist again.
I does apply to Canadians.
The Canadian dollar is very low lately, however. It's $48 U.S.D with the voucher, but that's roughly still $65 CAN or so, give or take a few dollars (I don't have my bookmark for currency converters). However, $65 is still considerably better than the current insane price on Steam (not saying it's abnormal, it's just a price that's the result of the weak Canadian dollar; it's still insane though, no one in the U.S. sane of mind would pay 80 of their dollars if our own would rule them and brought our situation on their lawns instead).
I, too, wanted to wait - at least - for a price reduction. I don't honestly care about the game's reviews, I know what to expect out of a Bethesda game and signed up for it in my mind long ago when I fell in love with Morrowind. I will endure all the stiff animations Fallout 4 can thrown at me, and all the vanilla-flavored bugs of Bethesda games if it means I'll be able to play another one of their fun exploration-based sandbox. And that 20% off from GMG was the only way I would buy it this soon.
