you know, I get it....I got it when it aired, and sure it was one joke in that episode....but Christ it seems like every other episode has something in it.....hell one episode was dedicated to Clinton partying with Peter......so when you take the totality of all the political bullshit....and look at how much is in on a regular basis it actually ceases to be funny.

I despise both parties, but Macfarlane & co. always seem to attack republicans/conservatives, if it's just a joke, and making fun of downs syndrome children is funny...and it is, to a certain degree depending on the joke...how about they portray Michelle Obama as Mammy Two Shoes and see how that goes....I am sure that there is a portion of the viewers that would find that equally as funny....or is that crossing some line in the sand?

Oh yeah, well i'm even better because i despise all parties of all kinds, except the ones that serve Laphroaig, so there.

For funny sheit about US issues, race, gay or whatever, see Aussie Humour, they don't hold back at all, problem is, you probably wouldn't get it..

I never said that. In fact I don't think I will ever vote democrat again because they have completely shown that they are not capable of governing. With that said, I completely detest the anti-intelligence that republicans preach. There is very little of their actual philosophy (the philosophy they actual follow, not the one they claim, like small gov and protecting liberties) that is rational or good for this country.

Democrats might be worthless but republicans are dangerous. American politics are a lost cause. I have chosen to just hate both. And I am sick of republicans trying to pull on people's heart strings.

So true. Somewhere along the line 'intellectual' became a naughty word to so-called 'conservatives' in the media, which is utterly insane considering William F. Buckey's incredible intelligence and the legacy of men like Eisenhower.

I have to say I view both parties with considerable disdain, and our political structure with a real and burning hatred. The way funding and campaigning work today, it's all about skullduggery and institutional corruption, and the bribes are fucking legal. Total bullshit.

Some kind of massive reform with monumentally severe penalties for breaking the rules would be about the only way to fix it. Cap all spending on campaigns at some extremely low level, and make a $10 per person or per company limit on that funding. End PAC money entirely. Get caught taking bribes from special interest groups, corporations, unions, or otherwise, and get a mandatory sentence to 50 years of hard labor, which would hopefully result in an early and dismal death.

People should be honored and dedicated towards their work in government service. They shouldn't get half the year off to play golf and fuck foreign hookers. They shouldn't get heaps of cash, and vote for their own pay raises. Their pay should be locked on the average income of their constituents. They have no problem sending teenagers in our military to foreign countries to risk their lives with only the most modest pay, they should suck it up and try to match that kind of courage and dedication.
