They are uncomfortable and look wack.....

That's just my personal opinion though.
I've got used to sony earclip's spring action and the transparent blue casing.

Returning it and probably get a pair of grado sr-80

Unclewai, the ksc-35 feels pretty comfy to me! Since they don't press against the ears so much like the Portapros do I find my ears don't feel as warm after wearing them for long periods of time... maybe you should play around with the clip a little and see if some adjustments help... these things sound great man! I don't know if Koss charges a restocking fee or reimburses for return shipping... might be better off selling them...

got mine last week by ups... they sound great out of the box even before breaking them in...
come with a "leather" pouch with drawstrings and a warranty certificate... all of that comes
in a plastic bag... no retail packaging...

Got mine today via US mail! They do sound great, but I wouldn't pay much more than $30. The ear clips are surprisingly comfortable and secure even though they are hard plastic and look kinda cheap. I hope the clips don't snap easily--I would have preferred a slightly softer flexible material. Am I the only one who has to use both hands to put on each side of the earphones ?

just got mine today too. took about 8 days. they didn't look impressive out of the box, but man they sound SWEET!

I've never worn headphones like this, but i think they're comfortable. they're certainly light enough. they don't look great, but that's not of much concern to me.

thanks for the heads up guys! money well spent.

Thanks people, i bit and bought couple with the extension cord.

My wife hasn't been much of an audiophile, but since i bought her an ipod, i realized that she is surprisingly sensitive to sound quality. I think she will like these headphones. I can't wait to watch DVD on our laptop with her(with splitter).

I initially felt like an idiot trying to figure out how to put these on and the two-handed approach seemed like the best, though contortionistic way. After a couple days, though, I've worked out a more manageable one-hand method in which I hold the plastic clip horizontally, kinda push it over the top of my ear and then rotate it 90 degrees so the end of the clip slides under the lobe. I'm still not sure it's the absolute best way, but it's sure an improvement over using both hands.

While I'm thrilled with the sound and sensitivity, they are somewhat disappointing in noisy environments (trains 'n' planes) so I still can't get rid of my in-ear phones.

Received mine today by US Postal Service, ordered them on 4-20. Takes me two hands to put them on. They sound terrific! I'm a runner, so don't care if they look good or not. Thanks to the original poster for the excellent heads up. I'll be running with a smile.

I can put them on one-handed no problem. The trick is to twist them around your ears.

I got mine yesterday by us mail. It took about 8 days to be delivered. I used the free shipping coupon.

The reviews didn't lie, these sound AWESOME! They're amazing for their size and price. I've got a pair of Grado SR80's and their sound quality is comparable. Everyone should get a pair (if you have a walkman/discman that came with some cheapo headphones, this is the PERFECT solution for you).

It did take me about 1-2 minutes to figure out how to wear these comfortably though. But since I've got a BIG 'ole noggin', these are still much more comfortable than any headphones with a headband, for me at least.

Wow, a lot of replies, I'm tempted to get in on this and see what all the hubbub is about...but I was thinking about buying a pair of the cheaper Etymotics at the end of summer. How would these compare, since I haven't listened to either yet? Anybody own both?

Hoo yah, i got on this deal also because I've been looking for a pair of nice headphones. The problem these days is that the headphones that come with most cd players are crappy. (well except those senns that came with that one MP3 Player)

So I got my confirmation, they should come in like a week. WIll post up impressions although fi they sound as good as my Grado's do, These are a steal.

I use a similar method. I use my thumb to get a bit of separation between the clip and pad, then slide it onto my ear from the top, then rotate/slide it down into position.

It took me awhile to get used to putting them on when I first got these a year ago, but now it's quick and easy. You just gotta practice a little bit.

I got mine today as well. They sound great so far, not sure if it will be comfortable wearing them for long times or not. A great deal for $30 though.

If anyone cares, I think that Newegg dropped the price of Senn MX500's. I'm pretty sure I paid $18 for mine a couple months ago, and now they are $16; the 400's are $15.
