Famous vegetarians

so the saying goes "u are what u eat", so how many of u are like these celeb vegetarians?

I eat meat, but have been considering giving it up, aren't you just indirectly killing an animal? Why should an animal suffer for our enjoyment? It's not necessary, people have lived without it for quite a while in India.

I wrote a paper about why everyone should be a vegetarian in high school (it got an A), but I've never been one myself. I do enjoy vegetarian dishes, though, and for the past few months haven't been eating as much meat as I have previously in my life.

Animals are pretty tasty, though.

nope and i never will be. the taste of a freshly grilled steak cannot be beat.

the stars in hollywood look great. however i wonder that the population of vegetarians is in hollywood verse the rest of the US.

A major portion of India is vegetarian, used to be *much* higher probably 20 or 30 years ago, times are changing though, everyone wants to be "American."

i see what you mean. we've had three trip rotators from India at work for the past 12 months. so far none of them had made the switch. however another coworker, who was from India, her kids are starting to eat meat on the side. i guess it is just easier to fit in.

My family is from India and all of us eat meat. My extended family over there and everyone over here as well. MMMmmmmm, good.

It makes life much more convenient and easier to live, at least here in the US. That, and it tastes good, I can't deny that at all.
