Fan controller or something like it

Im looking for a fan controller or something that I can plug multiple fans into and have them all run 100% all the time and set and forget.

My current motherboard has an issue with not revving up my cpu fan till its near thermal shutdown even when I tell the damn thing to go full throttle once it hits 42c.

Im getting a 370x taichi, have no idea what i'm getting into when it comes to how it deals with fans, but just want to cut as much bs as possible out.

not to mention thinking of this for a set up

2 fans venting on the top
1 fan venting out the back
1 fan currently (when that one breaks 4 fans) for front intake
2 fans on the cpu heatsync via a d15
possibly one fan hitting the chipset and ram
1 fan possibly moving stagnant air away from hdds
and in the future jerry rigging 2 120mm fans to my gpu when that fan eventually dies again.

I don't care much at all about sound, my fans aside from the stock amd cpu one are effectively silent, I just want to make sure that everything is giving its best, and there are no situations where I boot up an overclocked cpu and the fans wont rev passed 20% because the motherboard decided not to do that today.

You are overthinking this.

You do not need that many fans, ryzen is not that hot.

I have a Fractal design define S case(great airflow), and a 1700@3.9Gh under a d15. When i first assembled it i only used the 2 140mm 1000rpm fans that came with the case, they worked fine with one intake and one exhaust running @ 700rpm even while running prime95/furmark. Kept CPU temps below 70c while running prime/furmark, and under 50c while gaming.

I have since added 2 Corsair ML140 Pro's to the front intake, and moved both stock fans to exhaust one out the back one out the top. This only lowered my load CPU temps 2-3c. But did lower my load GPU temps almost 10c.

And thats not running full speed, i have my fans set to 30% speed @30c, 60% speed @50c ramping up to 100% speed @70c. The 2 noctua fans on the d15 are set to the same fan profile.

They rarely hit 100%(which is good, the ml140's be loud at full throttle) and the system is almost silent until cpu hit 50c.

The 2 ML140's could probably cool it themselves but i have the case fans so why not use them.

But just incase you still want to run 100% all the time this is what you need https://www.amazon.com/Splitter-Mol...492134113&sr=8-1&keywords=molex+to+fan+header

this will connect your fans directly to a molex 12v connection and they will run 100% all the time.

Did not know that was an option just doing it from cabling, thought I would need either a controller or a pcb with multiple fan headers on it and had no idea what I was looking for and horror stories on cheap fan controllers that overheat and never stop beeping or ignite outright.

on another note, what is the thermal shut down area for ryzen, I can never find a clear answer for the question because of the offset of the 1700x and 1800x, I'm getting a 1700 so it would be nice to know where i need to be concerned.

Iver herd its around 100C. I have never pushed mine over 80c though so have no first hand experience.
