I have a d-tek heatcore and three 120mm fans in my case. Two 120mm are at the back, one in the front w/ the heatcore. The rear fans are installed in the case as exhaust. Front fan blows into the case through the heatcore. It would be really easy to turn it around so that the front fan sucks air through heatcore into the case. I'm not sure which is better.
right now I have it as:
<- rear case bezel <- rear fans (2) <- inside case <- heatcore <- fan <- front case bezel <-
"arrows" indicate direction of airflow. This was the way it was set up when I bought the case but I don't think it's very efficient. If the front fan is the only one drawing air into the case, (and with a lot of resistance from the heatcore), then I will have a low pressure situation in the case. Any suggestions for improvement?
