Poor Dr. Doom. Has never been in a good movie yet.
I think it's arguable that the real Dr. Doom hasn't been in any movie yet, much less a good one.

I think we've reached about peak superhero and on the downward slope of quality and fun.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Marvel_Cinematic_Universe_filmsWhat were some of the marvel produced movies?
I keep reading that FOX is making this movie so that they can retain the rights to FF. Is there a contractual agreement that the studios have to make X amount of superhero movies in X amount of years or they'll forfeit and return the rights back to Marvel studio?
Hoping this reboot flops so Marvel gets the IP back to it. Everyone DON'T go see this movie so it happens.
Otherwise we'll have another terrible reboot in 3-5 years just so they can hold on to the IP.
Kinda crazy how it looks like Fox is doing X-Men and Deadpool right but failing hard on F4.
Say what??? The last X-Men was a complete leadup to a new reboot since the previous films were barely tied into the comic story. They were ok, but I didn't think any of the previous X-Men films were all that good although I did like most of the casting. Not all though. Rogue and Ice man being teenies is just NO.
That and the deadpool they already introduced with Wolverine Origins... HAHAHAHAHAHA. OMG. I do like that one animated theater teaser that hasn't really come to fruition that was put out a few years back with his voice over to a good deadpool. That was pretty cool, but the actual movie we have with deadpool was crap.

hulk rights are back at marvel pictures but universal gets first refusal on distribution. that's the main reason we wont see a mark ruffalo movie any time soon. marvel would be paying for production but universal gets the money from distributing. disney would never allow this. There's actually an error in that image as well. The Hulk should be in the bubble with Namor as the publishing options for The Hulk are with Universal, but Marvel has creative freedom to make a movie.
I'm trying to figure out if the grey shared part with Namor is somehow different than the green shared part with the Maximoff siblings. Are the licensing rights that Marvel enjoys between those groups somehow different, or is it just different coloring in the diagram?
and lol: Namor. Who wants to do anything with that? I guess Lionsgate was like, "Yeah, uh, can you guys please buy this guy back--how's 10 bucks?"
a while back namor was officially classified as a mutant in the comics due to the ankle wings not being part of native marvel atlantean anatomy. all mutants in the marvel universe are supposed to go to Fox. his 1939 run probably protects the IP from the mutant clause.I don't know about the state of the Namor rights (because who cares), but for the Maximoff twins, it was a deal they were allowed to use the characters but couldn't refer to them as mutants or allude to their father, Magneto.
Namor is, traditionally, more of a nemesis for the FF, though. Doesn't make much sense to bring him into the MCU unless they get the FF, too.
He has a long history though predating the FF. They could have tied him in with Captain America and the original Human Torch fighting Nazis and/or Hydra.

You could have said that with every release of Spider man. Fact is some are doing it right and some are doing it wrong. Here's to hoping DC gets it right with the new Justice League stuff.
This film looks like a popcorn action flick at best.
Thx.
Deadpool is a popcorn action flick by nature. That IS the deadpool character. He is a comic book character that knows he's a comic book character and is meant really as a satire to comic book superheroes in a way.
Thx.
I thought age of Ultron sucked though.
