Fantasy Football trade - need advice

10 person league, point system is 7yds per point for rushing and rec and 15 per point for passing, 6 for a td

Im not sure if I should do this trade or not as I like my team as it is but I do like peyton manning and the consisten points he puts up.

The guy in my league has said that he would trade Peyton Manning and mwelde moore (min rb who has a decent matchup this week) for deuce mcallister, either javon, issac or roy and aaron brooks. If I do this trade I improve at the QB position but lose depth at my rb. Playoffs are weeks 15 and 16 in our league and peyton is at home both those weeks something I have also been thinking about.

If anything, I would at least wait until after this week, since manning is on a bye week. Also, moore had a good game and will probably have another good game this week, but after that, it's uncertain. Bennett will be back (but i seriously think he will just gimp out again) and then you have onterrio coming back in week 9.

Even after waiting this week, I wouldn't do it. Manning is a stud, no doubt, but you're giving too much for a stud and a rb that could possibly be worthless in two weeks.

It's basically Peyton for Brooks/Duece/1 of your top 3 WR.

So your starters go from:
Favre/Brooks (based on matchup), Edge, Deuce, Bruce, Walker, R.Williams
to:
Manning, Edge, DomDavis, 2 of your top 3 WR and chambers/porter/price (based on matchup)

I'd do it but make sure there is a decent backup RB on waivers (Droughns or Jonathon Wells?) and offer porter/chambers/price instead of your top WR. Either way I'd be inclined to get Manning, esp with your scoring system.

i'd definately take peyton.. since he's a freakin stud.. and i highly doubt this trend will slow down at all.. and with the manning edge combo, you could get the passing touchdowns that he throws to him.. doubling your points..

We start 1 qb, 2 wr, 2 rb, 1 flex (WR/RB) , 1 TE , 1 K and 1 Def

Mwelde moore is no use to me im only getting him because with edge on the bye I need another rb to start this week.

I think im pretty sure im going to do the trade now its just a question of which wr I should give him. He wouldnt go for any of my bench wrs so I have to choose one. I think im going to keep walker but im not sure on bruce and roy williams. Bruce has been putting up great numbers but im concerned that hes going to slow down and torry will start heating up. Williams has also been putting up good numbers but injured his ankle this past week. What are your opinions on who to give up?
