Got in on this a while ago. Had a few problems with the rebate, lost $5, but it eventually went through. This was with Onrebate though.

If you do have problems with Onrebate, just be prepared for a hassle. Its impossible to find a Ph. # where you can actually talk to a real person.

Case is alright, being free its hard to pass up.

I was going to pull the trigger.. only to find that it doesnt have a free shipping oh well.. I'll wait a bit.

Yep, looks like free shipping is gone, but it might come back.

All in all over the past few months I have purchased 9 of these cases from various vendors. Most were free shipping, although I think I did have to pay $10 for a couple of them. Still an outstanding deal though. I really like how the door closes and gives the front a cool, finished look even if loaded with beige drives.

All in all I would give the case a 6 out of 10. Issues included flimsy build, pretty much have-to-destroy-to-remove MB panel, and crappy front USB ports with the top port blocked for virtually anything with any height. To by honest out of all the cases I've bought I enjoyed the EverCases the best, yet the ones I used to use ar no longer sold by NewEgg, where I get most of my stuff.

I had a problem with Onrebate too. When you call there's no option to speak to a customer rep, but stay on the line and it will ring through to one.

Thanks - I just got my rebate check from a MicroCenter purchase of this same case a while back and it's $35 rather than the $40 it should've been - they've ignored my e-mails but now I have a phone number!

OnRebate was great, although you have to give them about a 10% vig to get it back quickly. Most of them came in 10 days or less.

This latest one goes to Ultra so I expect a long wait. They say 8-10 weeks and I expect at least that long.

Arrived today. Very quick. Rebate forms in mail. Hopefully, two months from now I'll have forgotten about it and get a $40 present.

I got a black one at Ratshack when they had them on sale..Cheap little case but GREAT for a second or 3rd computer rig.
120 rear wish it was 120 front its an 80. Super light weight.

And the service I received from the Company when I called in about the front door hinge breaking...They shipped one out that day....A REAL SURPRISE, a company that I could call and talk to and did something right away...lot better than Antec, that never did answer 4 emails about new case with faulty usb on the front. AND no number to call either.

Free shipping is back.I ordered the case and the FAR Ultra V-500 power supply yesterday.After checking resellerratings.com for Outpost on a whim; I am nervous because I've never seen such horror stories for a company's customer service. Anyone have a problrm with them lately?

I've ordered a *lot* of stuff from Outpost and never a problem. Shipping is very fast.

That said, I've never needed customer service, so I can't comment on that.
