Just finished this week's episode. So many intense scenes. It takes a lot nowadays to get me focused completely on a tv show and Fargo has definitely accomplished that.

Offerman was awesome during his drunken tirade at the police station.

It's hard to imagine such a half-brained family would ever get away with all of the BS that they've pulled and not get thrown in jail.

While Fargo is probably the best show on tv right now, S02 is not as good as S01. I just feel like it is trying a bit too hard. 4 episodes left so we shall see...

S1 took a while to pick up, slowly, episode by episode ... same happens in S2.

Although I'd agree we don't have somebody like Billy Thornton who has stolen S1 with his performance.

I'm on a business trip and have had a lot of downtime in the hotel. Managed to watch all of S1 and have caught up on S2 in the last few days. This may be the best TV show I've seen.

This is the only show (Fargo Season 2) that I have been able to get into since the first season of True Detective. In the meanwhile, I have tried and given up on many tv shows. I guess I like the typical quirkiness of Coen brothers' characters.

I was on the fence about S02 with similar qualms, but the last two eps have brought me right around. This is the best show currently on TV, hands down.

Yes, yes . . . yes he was. Did you see the outtakes at the end of the show?

This ep, and the previous one with Ronny Reagan's BS unmasked at the men's room urinal, were priceless.

^^^ Scroll down for the short video of it, sadly a bit truncated.

The new episode was good but raised more questions than anything else. Oh well, I trust that it'll wrap up nicely with 3 episodes remaining.

I really enjoy the 10 or so commercials during every break . Makes me want to go Anton Segur on the ad dept .

Nobody watches live tv anymore. Well, I guess people do since every time I call the cable company about a problem with my dvr box, they ask if I have the same problem viewing live tv. So if this is a diagnostic question, it must still be common for people to do that. Personally, I can't imagine doing that unless there's something pretty engaging on my computer screen.

Side note, my cable company uses virtual dvr's where all the recordings are on their servers. So playback of whatever you record is really being streamed to you. It's a great concept except they still haven't worked out all of the bugs.

Amazing season, what was in the wife's dad's house all over the walls?

I'm guessing he's harboring an obsession that stems from his time in WWII. It makes me wonder if they'll keep going back in time for season 3 and show him in the 40s/50s.

ABC Family is the worse. Cinderella was on yesterday in a two hour (120) time block. The movie is only 74 minutes long, from the start of the first credits to the end of the film. That means nearly 40% of the two hours is for commercials.

ABC = Another Broadcasted Commercial.

Holy cow, what an ending! I was a little disappointed in the first half being almost all filler but that was crazy.

I'll have to catch up on Fargo myself.

Was watching it regular awhile and let it slide, was way better than most things on TV.

I like avoiding commercials...

The Sopranos were on HBO. No commercials.

Tonight's episode was GREAT...started off a bit boring...but ended with a BANG!

Not one of the better episodes of the season, I'm afraid. Way too much Ed and Peggy in small spaces. We already knew that Peggy was batshit crazy, so this episode didn't expand a lot on that. Also, pretty much the whole episode has already take place by the end of the previous one, so this didn't really move the story forward very much.

I didn't get why Hanzee went into the bar (the plaque notwithstanding). Surely not just for a glass of water. Just looking for trouble? Did I miss something that happened to him where he's decided that he's going out with a bang? Why go to all the trouble of finding Dodd, just to blow his brains out when he says something he doesn't like (and has probably heard from him before)?

At this point, Milligan is on the outs with Kansas City and has wiped out the help they sent him to deal with the Gerhardts. The Gerhardts now have nobody left by Floyd and Bear. Ed and Peggy have been caught by the police.

I have a feeling the ending may be a little disappointing, and will almost certainly involve a UFO.
