Fast and the Furious was a kick ass movie, but what I want to know when it's coming out on DVD? Any ideas?

Well sure, pressurized bottles can pop when heated. But they lead you to believe that N2O is flammable, which it is not.

it's probably just me but i thought that movie sucked. the racing scenes were okay but running the quarter mile in 5 minutes? i mean they showed these cars going all out but the play between the drivers was ridiculous. at best, the plot could be said to be a poor remake of "Point Break". and what's with the high-speed highjacking of rigs? whatever happened to the easy old method of just putting a gun to the drivers head when he's at a truck stop and parked? guess there's no movie in it doing it that way. i just didn't find any of it believable.

Well, the part where the Charger does a wheelstand (with wheelspin) isn't very believable...you can't see the hydraulics which lifted the front end from that angle. But the action
scenes in the movie were still pretty cool.

yeah, everyone i talk to about it is like "that scene at the end with the charger is AWESOME, i wish my car did that" and i just look at them like they are the st00pidest m0f0 around, cuz at that moment, they ARE!

i mean, how can the car have TOO much traction and NOT ENOUGH traction at the same time?

a movie doesnt have to believable to be good, the movies that try to be believable and aren't, are the ones that suck. Its just good ol action.

I'll buy it.. while I don't think it's a truly kick ass movie... I much enjoy seeing street racing like that...

GREAT adrenaline movie.. after seeing that, at the theater, when we all got out, cars everywhere laying patches and burning it up for people out front.. i was involved in 3 races that night.. LOL. it was just too much fun...

You think it will sell more DVD's than Shrek? Everywher I go now I see the "Reserve Your Copy Today" sign, but it didn't do the best in theaters. Shreck was also a kick ass DVD though, hopefully Fast and the Furious will have just as many bonus features.

haha I Have had it on DVD for Like 2 months.... It Cost my roommate 50 bucks off of ebay. It Came straight from some sweatshop & The Screen size is screwed, However it's still on DVD before anyone else... Also My Best frined has a copy of it on VHS thats got that nice little message that constantly runs across the bottom asking you to call some number if you rented it or bought it... (& hers is a legitimate copy)

The part I didn't like about this movie is when it was over..
retards in the parking lot racing 4x4 trucks over curbs, around parked cars, running over the plants in the divider .. every honda for the next two weeks wanted to race me and my supra (87T)..

I just hope that the dvd won't inspire more retards.

And the charger wheel stand while burning off the tires.. yea.. that's gonna happen..

Of course this is a must have movie for my collection. =)
