I don't even know what you're trying to say, and it's not because of all ur lulz i kno rite. If he uses body language (i.e. the fact that he's clearly much larger and more capable in a fight) to dissuade someone from further aggression, how is that a bad thing? And who said ATOT would? This. Majority of my fights have been keeping cool and being rational, taking a cheap shot to the face like an emotionless statue and not being phased, then proceeding to put the guy on the ground gasping for breath for 15 minutes while I nonchlantly pick up my shit and get to class.

It's great when their eyes get the size of dinner plates and you can smell the fear after they give it all they've got and you just keep staring at them like "R U 4 SRS?" and start calmly walking towards them with a look of death on your face. Even better when youre a loner pacifist who's perceived to be a quiet pussy, then you get into one or two fights and people think you've killed or paralyzed the other person as they lie motionless for a minute or two and you just walk away without caring and without saying a word. People leave you alone. I got into a total of 3 fights in highschool, all went down as I've described and they were all freshman year and after that I didn't get any shit and I didn't start any shit.

Now days I don't bother, I just carry a gun all the time and I automatically assume anyone who has the balls to randomly walk up to me and start shit is packing, not worth the risk of getting shot or sliced up getting in a fist fight over petty bullshit.

It's amazing how the anonimity of the internet has afforded every monitor-staring, keyboard-tapping computer user the knowledge of law, ethics, psychology, etc. and given them the "courage" to share it with the rest of the world. I especially love how we treat each other with respect and courtesy now that we are anonymous and don't know or care about others.

No matter what, whether the video was staged or was real ... I felt my heart leap when I saw the "vicitm" retaliate against his tormentor, no matter how big/small each was. We have all played a part: the bully, the bullied or the bystander, watching it happen before us ... and probably doing nothing about it.

For some sad reason I felt somewhat vindicated as if my tormentors had somehow "got theirs". I was wrong.

If you walk into a biker bar and punch the biggest guy square in the face, what do you expect to happen?
Do you expect the guy to call the police or tell a teacher?

That punch to the face was a solid hit and snapped his head back pretty well.

Back in middle school, I remember telling some kid that was a couple of grades a head of me that he couldn't cut in the lunch line. Later, he came to my table and punched me in the face. I remember standing-up, grabbing him by the throat and under his shoulder and threw him over a lunch table. It was just a reaction and I was so shocked that I just sat back down and went back to eating til the teachers came over.

Training in grappling would prevent that take down and, if you did get taken down, would provide you with the techniques necessary to dominate an untrained grappler. Additionally, Karate and Taekwondo and KungFu all have techniques to prevent a grappler from overpowering you. Yay!

What an odd role-reversal, sucha scrawny bully vs the rather large kid. Little guy has some confidence for sure, picking on someone likely almost double your weight. Probably has done it a hundred times before without consequence.

It is sad parents make the teachers powerless to stop this sort of bullying, clearly the small kid has been doing this for a while with his parents definitely knowing he's doing it while doing nothing.

That stagger after the big slam likely broke something, or nearly broke. I fought in tournaments for 10 years, never saw a kid get hit like that without pretty harsh injury.
