Shouldn't we have the right to have sex with whoever we want, as long as the people are consenting adults?

As for the child with birth defects, why are relatives held to a higher level of responsibility than say smokers?

Father and daughter have a child with birth defects, child is taken away.

Smoker has child with birth defects, nothing happens.

Mother does not take folic acid while pregnant, child is born with spina bifida, nothing happens to mother.

Woman has HIV, gets pregnant, passes infection to child, nothing happens to mother.

Yet a father and adult daughter are prohibited by law from having sex and their children are taken away?

I personally hate the idea of incest but for all you heart cry christians better remember that the entire family of ADAM AND EVE are nothing but about incest.

I'm not aware that anyone is castigated for calling gay sex "icky." I personally find gay male sex icky. That's a personal reaction, since I'm not gay. But finding something icky isn't the same as advocating that the thing be banned.

My wife is Chinese, and in Sichuan province where she comes from dishes with pig blood and duck blood are very, very popular. The idea of eating pig blood or duck blood is disgusting to me, but I have no problem with my wife eating it herself. In fact I went out of my way to find a source of duck blood in the U.S. (it's rather difficult to find here), so that she could eat what she enjoys.

I agree, both are not for me and seem very 'icky'. But that doesn't mean it should be illegal, it's just not for me. Some people find anchovies gross, too. Doesn't mean that those who like anchovies should get less legal rights than those that don't like anchovies. As long as they're not having an effect on other's rights or putting others at an unreasonable risk to have their rights infringed on, I say more power to them.
