Stupidity all around.
Different from Zimmerman: as I understand it, this guy never admitted shooting the deceased and they never found the murder weapon.good shoot then?
lol
good shoot then?

A visibily angry District Attorney Jeri Yenne said prosecutors "would never present a case against a person we did not believe was guilty."
Topher was my name online in 1983. I am Alkemyst now.
Thanks to reflecting my honesty here.
My brother and I are tight. Things happen in life.
Sometimes you are the winner, sometimes you came in 2nd place.
I am on a PTO day.
Thanks Bobert.
Based on your reply I have too put your down a notch.
I'm really kind of surprised he wasn't found guilty.
Jury Nullification.
Learn what it is and how to use it if you are on a jury. It's the jury's #1 power.
Yes, if a white man kills a black person, use jury nullification to refuse to find him guilty. No white person should go to jail for killing a black.
This casual use of the 12 person jury to replace the democratic legislative process by rewriting every law they don't like always has a good and moral result.
Oh wait, it doesn't. Whether it's that real history of refusing to convict whites for crimes against blacks or your approval of murder, it's similarly immoral.
I'm really kind of surprised he wasn't found guilty.
