Favorite ice cream flavor?

I started with strawberry until 8 then switched to mocha when I first tried it.

Magnum double raspberry bar is a thing of wonder!

I just tried Magnum for the first time. Not a bar, I got a pint of the Dark Chocolate Raspberry and it was great. The raspberry ice cream was a nice balance of tart and sweet and the dark chocolate shell was DARK. That was a pleasant surprise because most dark chocolate used in ice cream is like 5% darker than milk, but this stuff was the real deal.

That being said, mostly I prefer pretty simple ice creams, almost always either chocolate or vanilla with something like fudge brownie pieces in the chocolate or a caramel swirl in the vanilla.

For bars, my preference is Magnum and then Haagen-Dazs. For pints, my preference is Graeters, High Road, Haagen-Dazs, and Trader Joe's.

I stock up when I see Magnum, Haagen-Dazs, Graeters, or High Road on sale. Trader Joe's ice cream is my back up when I run out of sale ice cream and have to pay normal retail.

Mmm Trader Joe's is definitely good. Though they stopped offering Cookies & Cream at ours.

When I was out in WA I got some Tillamook ice cream, that was pretty tasty.

Tillamook is pretty good, but for me, it depends on the flavor. I love their mountain huckleberry, but not so much their blueberry. Some of their ice cream sammiches are delish...some...I’ll pass on.

Hands down, my favorite for the past 20 years or so has been Dryer’s Rocky Road. No other brand of Rocky Road comes close...I know Dryer’s is not one of the best brands out there...but their Rocky Road is wonderful.

I recently got pistachio gelato from aldi. I liked it a lot. I was less impressed with the cookie gelato. Both were from Italy.

yeah! nothing beats UDF homemade ice cream. mint chocolate was my favorite for 25 years, but now i think i like the raspberry just a little more.

UDF Homemade Brand used to make my favorite Pistachio ice cream but they stopped making it years ago. They only released it during the winter holiday time and now it's gone forever

Cream ice cream with strawberry and marshmallow swirls, shortbread chunks, with a white chocolate flavour topping and white chocolatey chunks

My favorite Ben & Jerry's would be either chunky monkey, One love, strawberry cheesecake or cookie dough.

I just tried this new flavor last night:

The cold-brew coffee ice cream was really good (better than a lot of regular coffee ice creams I've had), but the coffee liqueur truffles were terrible. They barely tasted like coffee and had an incredibly strong alcohol taste.

Now that would be SLAMMIN if those chocolate chips were taken out, or at least make into dark chocolate chips. I have a nice black raspberry bush outside my apartment but the berries are quite small on it, even though last year I watered it quite a bit. I think if it had some fertilizer it would be better, cause the soil is sandy dry crap.

Blue Moon is my favorite ice cream but I didn't include gelato in that. If we include that then I definitely have to go with Talenti's Vanilla Bean (I also am trying the Madagascar vanilla one now and it's similarly awesome):
